First half of 2024 has been filled with all sorts of health stuff. I was ‘playing’ at business. I didn’t get to fully experience WTS due to health at the time so I am grateful I have the replays to watch.

I drew a line in the sand for 1 July, starting with a 31 day sugar free challenge I created for myself. Following a supplementation protocol that my naturopath has given me.

Biggest shift was giving myself permission to be a ‘beginner’ with my business, instead of feeling out of integrity to where I had been feeling I ‘should’ be on my journey.

So I’m sharing my journey on IG as I go along and getting the reps in, building my confidence there. Stopped the overwhelm and “I don’t know what to post”. It’s not perfect and I’ve got a lot of improvement to make but I’m a beginner, so that’s ok. 😄

I’m looking at this as the start of the year, because income wise, it actually is. So I’m keen as for this next 6 months.

But please share what you are doing. Love to see it as it inspires and motivates. 💖

Ack! The first half of 2024 was brutal. I hear your words loud and clear when you say you want to go away! I just want to take the family and head out of the country (USA) for a while.... just run away.....

Love this Lisa! So easy to get into that rut! So true that a little break away gives you fresh eyes for life at home! My year has been really good but I do have a few things I want to achieve for the remainder of 2024! Would love to know how your going to make these changes for second half of 2024!

First half definitely in a rut. Need a shift. Very keen to hear the little shifts you’re doing

I need to get out of this holding pattern & thrive instead of just surviving

White knuckled though the first hand of ‘24. Bring on a new vibe!

So stagnant I fear I might start sprouting algae! I've been changing up my diet, getting dumbells, and closely looking at my business, especially since doing WTS. I can feel a shift happening but can't quite identify it yet.
